Welcome to Budget Kapda. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products and services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and mobile number used for OTP verification.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraud.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are illustrative; actual colour or packaging may vary slightly.
• We strive for accuracy but errors may occur — we reserve the right to correct pricing, description or availability errors at any time.
• We may modify or discontinue any product, or change prices, without prior notice.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once we send you an order confirmation via email/SMS.

We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing/description errors, payment failures or suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregator regulated by the RBI. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking and supported wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available at select pincodes.

• You authorise us (via Razorpay) to charge the total order amount to your chosen method.
• We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• In case of a payment failure with amount debited, please allow 5–7 working days for an automatic refund before contacting us.

• We ship pan-India to serviceable pincodes. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability and timelines.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather or events beyond our control.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
• If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we may charge re-shipping fees or cancel with a partial refund.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong items, within 7 days of delivery, if unused, unwashed and with original tags intact — not for change of mind or size/fit preference. All content on this website — including the Budget Kapda name and logo, text, graphics, product images, layouts and software — is our property or our licensors’, protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

• Using the website for any fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Interfering with the website via malware, bots, scrapers or denial-of-service attacks.
• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Using automated means to place bulk orders or abuse promotional offers.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budget Kapda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
