• Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may carry a small convenience fee shown at checkout.
• Any applicable delivery charges are always displayed before you pay.
• Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Typical delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3–6 working days.
• Rest of India: 5–9 working days.
• Fast Delivery items: dispatched on priority where available.

Once your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation via email/SMS. You can track the current status anytime from My Orders in your account.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
